I've really enjoyed this bed so far: I was nervous that, with the price drop, I'd be getting something cheap but it actually looks very nice and is sturdy and easy to assemble. HOWEVER, I was pretty annoyed to receive the box and realize that this IS NOT a platform bed. Maybe I misunderstood something in ordering (though...yep...description sure does day "Platform Bed"), but this is just a bed frame: box spring is still required.
Luckily, I found a local mattress place that cut me a deal so the financial consequences of this were minimal, and I honestly don't have a complaint about the product itself outside of it being misleadingly labeled. Still, very annoying to have to spend that extra money (but not annoying enough to go through the trouble of returning the bed/haggling over refund/buying from somewhere else/etc.)

Took months for this item to arrive and when it arriving the build quality was very very poor. The customer service from the agent who sold this on amazon was appalling. You can see the stitching wasn't even done properly on the bed head, you can tell it is just really poorly made, cut corners made in china crap, i'd be very careful buying from this seller and also avoid purchasing this product. Oh and also it had absolutely no base!! So be careful!! (it was also missing 2 bolts!!)
